Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control of project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Engineering/Building Studies/Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Valid green card is preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office (AUTOCAD, Project, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
- Be well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, standards and building codes.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.
- Leadership skills to motivate team.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
