HSBC as Lord Foster-designed Hong Kong global HQ has long been a global architectural icon. This was one of the first commercial properties in the world to conserve energy through extensive use of natural light in interiors.
Our Role:
- Replace existing T8 lighting panel to T5 lighting panel
- Define primary dimming zone and secondary dimming zone
- Design placement of close loop light level sensor
- Light sensor calibration
- Integrate PABX system to lighting control system
- Select suitable lighting control system (CBUS DALI)
- Integrate to BMS system
- Design user friendly control interface
